Terms of Service.

These terms are an agreement between you and Colress TCG ("we", "us"), which runs Colress Market at colresstcg.com/market. By making an account, listing, buying or selling, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, Refunds and disputes policy and list of items that can't be sold.

If you don't agree, don't use the market.

• You must be at least 18 and able to make a binding contract.
• The market is for people in the United States, shipping to and from US addresses.
• One account per person. Keep your sign-in details and your backup code private; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Before you buy, make an offer or list, you pass an identity check: a photo of a government ID and a live selfie, on our identity partner's secure page. Give true information. We may ask you to check again.
• You can't use the market if you are on a US sanctions list, live in a sanctioned country or region, or have had an account here closed for breaking these terms.

Colress Market is a place where collectors and shops buy and sell trading cards, sealed product and supplies directly with each other. Each sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller. We are not the seller, we don't own or inspect the items, and we don't guarantee them, except where our disputes process says a seller must refund.

Market prices, Bond scores and condition fields shown on listings are guides, not appraisals or promises.

Every account comes with its own digital wallet. Your balance is the US dollar stablecoins (USDC or USDT on the Solana network) held in that wallet, shown in dollars. Stablecoins are issued by third parties, not by us, and are not bank deposits or FDIC insured.

• We never hold your money. The wallet is yours. Its key is split so that we never hold enough of it to move your funds on our own, and you can take full control of it at any time from your account.
• Keep your backup code safe. If you lose access to your sign-in and your backup code, we may not be able to help you recover the wallet.
• Payments on a blockchain are final once confirmed. We can't reverse one, and a payment sent to a wrong address can't be recovered.
• We pay the network fee on market payments and refunds.

You can add money with a debit or credit card, or by sending USDC or USDT from another app or wallet. Card purchases are made through a licensed third-party provider, on its own page and under its own terms and privacy policy. That provider sells you the stablecoin, checks your identity and card, and sends the stablecoin straight to your wallet. We don't sell, buy or exchange cryptocurrency, and we don't receive your card details.

The provider's fee, if any, is shown on its page before you pay. We add nothing to it. Questions about a card charge go to that provider first; we will help you reach them.

To cash out, send your balance to an app or exchange account in your name that turns stablecoins into dollars, then move it to your bank from there.

sellers

1% of the item price on each completed sale, taken out of the payment as it goes to the seller. Shipping is never charged a fee.

buyers

No fee. You pay the listed price plus the shipping shown at checkout.

refunds

When you refund a buyer, we send our fee on the refunded part back to you.

Listing, editing, offers and messages are free.

We will give at least 30 days' notice by email and on this page before any fee goes up.

• Checkout holds the item for you for a few minutes while you pay. If you don't pay in time, the hold ends and the item goes back on sale.
• Once your payment confirms, the sale is binding. You agree to pay for what you buy, including an auction you win or an offer the seller accepts.
• Pay only through the market. A seller who asks you to pay another way is breaking these terms; report it. Payments made outside the market are not covered by our disputes process.
• Sales tax, where the law requires us to collect it, is shown at checkout.

• List only items you own and have in hand. Describe them honestly: the right card, set, number, language, condition and any grade, with your own photos and the listing's code in one of them.
• Ship within the handling time on your listing, to the address on the order, with tracking on orders over $20 and signature confirmation from $750.
• New sellers start with limits on how many listings and how high a price, which grow with completed sales.
• When our team rules a refund, send it from the order page within 72 hours. Until a ruled refund is sent, your listings take no new orders.
• You are responsible for the taxes on your sales and income, except tax we are required by law to collect.

The seller sets shipping on each listing and ships to the buyer. The seller is responsible for the item until it is delivered. An order completes three days after delivery unless a dispute is opened. Full details are in How it works.

Before the market opens, we sell a few lots of our own cards from their own pages, and we give away spare cards to set builders. These are sold or given by us, not by other sellers, and these rules apply to them:

• A lot is paid in USDC or USDT on Solana. Checkout gives you your own exact amount, good for 70 minutes. Nobody gets a hold: the first payment that lands buys the lot.
• If your payment lands after someone else's, we refund all of it in the same coin, to an address you give us. We email you within a day.
• We ship within 2 business days with tracking, US addresses only.
• If a lot doesn't arrive as pictured, message us within 7 days of delivery and send it back for a full refund in the same coin. Prices shown are our own index of recent market closes, for comparison only.
• Free cards are one per person, US only, while we have them, and we may cancel a claim that looks like a repeat. Nothing is owed if we run out.

If an item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or isn't as described, the buyer can open a dispute up to three days after delivery. A person on our team reviews the order record, photos and messages and decides: for the buyer, for the seller, a partial refund, or withdrawn. Both sides agree to follow that decision. Because payments go straight to the seller, refunds are sent by the seller from their wallet. We can't take money out of anyone's wallet.

The items that can't be sold include counterfeits and proxies, resealed or weighed packs, stolen goods and anything illegal to sell or ship. You also agree not to:

• take or ask for payment outside the market, or move a buyer or seller off the market to finish a deal;
• bid on, buy or review your own listings, or work with someone else to fake sales, bids or reviews;
• use another person's identity or open more than one account;
• harass, threaten or mislead anyone;
• use the market to launder money, evade sanctions or fund anything illegal;
• scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the site, or try to get around its limits or checks.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show, resize and share it to run and promote the market, including share cards for your listings, and to check them: automated tools compare your photos with your listing and may suggest fixes or send it to a person on our team before it goes live. Reviews must be about a real order and honest. We may remove anything that breaks these terms. Pokémon and other game names and images belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with them.

To protect buyers and sellers we may hold a listing for review, limit an account, pause sales or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we can, we tell you why and how to appeal by email.

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@colresstcg.com. Your wallet stays yours: take your keys or send your balance out before or after you close. We keep the order records the law requires.

The market is provided as is and as available. We don't promise it will be error free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing here is investment, tax or legal advice, and card and stablecoin values can change.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, or the acts of buyers, sellers, carriers, wallet networks or payment providers. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

If someone makes a claim against us because of what you listed, sold or did on the market in breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from it.

If you have a problem with us, email support@colresstcg.com first and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and US federal law. Any claim not resolved informally goes to the state or federal courts in Alabama, and either of us may use small claims court where it qualifies.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For a material change we email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the market after that means you accept the new terms.
