Help with an order
Start on the order page: message the other side, ask to cancel, or open a dispute. Everything you add there is on the record our team reads. If you are stuck, email us with the order code (it looks like CM- followed by letters and numbers).

Report a listing or a person
Use Report on the listing, storefront or message. Someone asking you to pay outside the market, a fake, or a stolen photo: report it there and we look at it. For anything urgent, email us too.

To see, correct or delete your data, or close your account, email support@colresstcg.com from the address on your account. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Security issues
Found a security problem? Email support@colresstcg.com with "security" in the subject. Please give us a chance to fix it before telling anyone else, and don't access other people's data or money while testing.
