Refunds and disputes.
Cancellations, returns, refunds, disputes and shipping. If an order goes wrong, here is exactly what happens.
effective
The short version
- Prices are in US dollars. Buyers pay the price plus shipping, and no fee.
- If an item never arrives, arrives damaged, or isn't what the listing said, you can get your money back.
- You have three days after delivery to report a problem. A person on our team decides.
- Refunds go back to the wallet that paid, in the same coin, usually within 72 hours of a decision.
Cancellations
- before you pay
- Leave checkout or cancel the order. Nothing is charged.
- paid, not shipped
- The seller can cancel by refunding you in full. If the seller hasn't shipped within the listing's handling time plus two days, you can ask to cancel, and the seller must refund you within 72 hours or ship.
- after shipping
- The order can't be canceled. If something is wrong when it arrives, open a dispute.
- auctions and offers
- A winning bid or an accepted offer is a commitment to buy.
Returns
Sales are final when the item arrives as described. Returns for a change of mind are up to each seller; if a seller offers them, the terms are on their listing or storefront.
When an item isn't as described, our team may ask the buyer to send it back, with tracking, before the refund is sent. If the seller sent the wrong item or a fake, the seller pays for the return.
Disputes
- Open itFrom the order page, any time after you pay and up to three days after delivery. Say what's wrong and add photos.
- Both sides are heardThe seller can reply on the order. Messages, tracking and photos stay on the order record.
- A person decidesOur team rules for the buyer (full refund), for the seller, a partial refund, or withdrawn, and writes the reason on the order.
- The refund is sentThe seller sends any refund from the order page within 72 hours. Until it's sent, the seller's listings take no new orders and the buyer is kept updated.
Small orders shipped in an untracked envelope are at the seller's risk: if one never arrives, the buyer is refunded. Losing a dispute lowers the seller's Bond, and repeated problems close accounts.
How refunds are paid
Because your payment went straight to the seller, the refund comes from the seller's wallet back to the wallet that paid, in the same coin (USDC or USDT, one to one with the dollar). We pay the network fee. It shows in your balance as soon as it confirms. When a seller refunds, we send our fee on the refunded part back to them, so a refund never costs a seller more than they were paid. If you added money with a card, the card purchase itself is with the card provider and isn't reversed; your refunded balance is yours to spend or cash out.
Shipping and delivery
- Sellers ship within the handling time on their listing, to US addresses.
- Orders over $20 ship with tracking, and signature confirmation is required from $750.
- Shipping cost is set by the seller and shown before you pay. It is never charged a fee.
- The seller is responsible for the item until it's delivered. An order completes three days after delivery if no dispute is open.
Card charges
Adding money with a card is a purchase from a licensed provider, made on its own page. Questions about a card charge, its fee, or a charge you don't recognize go to that provider; email support@colresstcg.com and we will help you reach them. A disputed card charge doesn't cancel a market order, so if the problem is with an order, open a dispute on the order.
